originally a fruit farm planted with apples, pears and plums, Furneaux farm was purhased by Charles and Zelda Fox in 2005 after an inter-regional search for Cap Classique-spesific terroir.
In concordance with advice on clone and site selection, 6.3ha of land was planted to 10 blocks of vines.
These soils are well suited to quality wine production.

The colour of this CC is clear, bright and gold tinged with a hint of copper hue.
It is clean and fresh on the tongue with good intensity. It presents alluring warm biscuit, brioche aromas with hints of honey suckle flower overlaying the complex sourdough and digestive biscuit tones.
